Each painted wood slice is an original design created by me. I begin by priming each piece of wood with a quality acrylic primer so the final colors come through rich and vibrant. I work with very small brushes for detailed painting and supplement with paint pens where needed. To define the details I use a fine-line gel pen for outlining, then protect the work with 4–5 light coats of matte sealer. Each finished design is signed and dated on the reverse side.
There are sturdy eye hooks with a braided faux suede cord attached for easy hanging.
The painted surface is water-resistant and can be gently cleaned or dusted with a soft, lint-free cloth. My artwork is intended for indoor display only and should be kept out of the rain, away from prolonged direct sunlight, and stored in a stable, dry environment.
Please keep in mind that there are certain natural imperfections in the wood, after all, my canvas comes from nature! This particular wood slice is birch, with its own unique grain, knots, and character.
